Refund Policy

• ELX 2023 passes are refundable until 20 July 2023. Please note that Stripe fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. From 21 July 2023, tickets are non-refundable; however, you are permitted to transfer your pass to another dancer of the same role (see item below).
• From 21 July 2023, if you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your pass to a waitlisted dancer of the same role. Please contact us at bookings@edinburghlindyexchange.co.uk so we can facilitate this. Please note that tickets to Edinburgh Lindy Exchange cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred to another person without express permission from the organisers.
• In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic (including government-enforced lockdown), or the like, we cannot guarantee a refund, but we will do our best to offer any fair compensation that we can afford.
